**Terms and Conditions: Online Live Auction**

1. **Registration and Participation:**
- All participants must register prior to participating in the online live auction.
- By registering, participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2. **Bidding Process:**
- Bidding will commence at the specified time and continue until the auctioneer declares the item sold.
- Bids are binding and cannot be retracted once submitted.

3. **Payment Terms:**
- Successful bidders are required to make payment within 24 hours of the auction's conclusion.
- Accepted payment methods include debit / credit card, and paypal.
- Failure to make payment within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of the bid and forfeiture of the item.

4. **Shipping and Transport:**
- Successful bidders have up to 48 hours from the time of payment to arrange for shipping or transport of the purchased item. Be it shipped through us, item pickup, or delivery.
- It is the responsibility of the bidder to arrange for and cover the costs associated with shipping or transport.
- We are not liable for any damage or loss incurred during shipping or transport. We do our very best to securely package everything so that it does not get damaged. However, once the item leaves our hands we can not guarantee the same level of treatment.

- In the event of a dispute, the decision of the auctioneer shall be final and binding. This is including any damages. We require photos of the items and box.
